Jessica has spent the past several years working for a child welfare agency, providing therapy for children in specialized foster care.  The children Jessica has worked with have all experienced traumatic events, including neglect and abuse. Jessica is also experienced at providing therapy to children and adolescents in foster care who have intellectual disabilities. Jessica additionally has led trainings for foster parents on a variety of topics, and provided therapy for biological parents of children in foster care. Jessica has training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Jessica specializes in working with youth and families on issues of trauma and attachment, trauma-informed parenting, and behavioral concerns. Jessica enjoys working with children of all ages.
